As part of our campaign to give Korean American voters the opportunity to learn the electoral process and build their civic knowledge, the KRC in LA, KRCC in Chicago, and YKASEC in New York, have published and are presently distributing free copies of the Election Guidebooks.  These guidebooks are in Korean, and explain the election process on the state and federal levels. More specifically, they contain information on the electoral process, voter rights, important dates and phone numbers, candidate roles, background on the Congressional structure, and other useful information that pertains to this year’s State and Congressional elections.

Each affiliates are distributing approximately 5000 copies. Methods of distribution include outreach, mailing, coalition work with mainstream ethnic media, and direct-pick up at our organizations’ locations.
