KRCC resumed its Building Sisterhood program with 15 participants from the Chicago area.The program was launched to enhance awareness and leadership skills among Korean American young women on issues they can identify with.Most recently, participants held a discussion session on “Comfort Women: Sex slavery under Japanese military army.”These discussion sessions will lead to the next phase of the program where participants will get a chance to do hands on organizing and planning of a campaign around issues related to women.
