YKASEC is participating in a postcard campaign supporting the Intro 38, Equal Access to Health and Human Services Bill. If Intro 38 is passed, the Human Resources Administration (HRA) will guarantee translation and interpretation services to the immigrant New Yorkers. Currently there are two million New Yorkers speaking languages other than English.Intro 38 will give them a chance to fully participate in our communities. YKASEC pledges to outreach to the Korean American community and collect signatures and support for this important bill.
